Time: 8 PM EST Thursday May 13, 2010 on ESPN

The Celtics lead this best of 7 series 3-2.

Tonight the Boston Celtics host the Cleveland Cavaliers and look to close out this series. There has been tons of press in the last few days about how LeBron James really struggled in Game 5 at home and how it has affected his impending free agency. The Cavs have their backs against the wall and have to win tonight's game to force a Game 7 back in Cleveland.

In Game 3 the Cavs handed the Celtics their worst home playoff loss ever and the Celtics returned the favor in Game 5 handing Cleveland their worst home playoff loss in their history.

The Celtics embarrassed the Cavaliers in Game 5 beating them in Cleveland 120-88 on Tuesday night.

This season the Celtics are 24-17 at home and 32-48-2 ATS and the Cavaliers were 26-15 on the road and 39-42-1 ATS.

King James was far from his MVP self in Game 5 only scoring 15 points on 3/14 shooting and did not go for a field goal in the first half. To say that James has to play better tonight is like saying there is a little interest on where LeBron will be next season: major understatement.

In Game 5 the Big 3 of Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, and Kevin Garnett showed they are not over the hill going for a combined 64 points.

The Cavs have to really step up on Ray Allen, who hit 6/9 of his 3-pointers in Game 5.

KG has really stepped up averaging 18.2 ppg and 7.2 rpg and if he and the other 2 of the Big 3 play well like they did in Game 5 the Celtics will close out this series.

Even though the Celtics dropped 120 points on the Cavs in Game 5 KG stated after the game that they won with defense, as they held the Cavs to 41.2% shooting. The Cavs are the team that has to take a cue from Boston and play better D, as in Game 5 the Celtics were scorching shooting 55% from the floor.

The Celtics dominated every facet of Game 5 and Cleveland has to come out and forget about that game and get back to the team that had the best record in the NBA.
