The Lakers lead this best of 7 series 1-0.

Tonight the L.A. Lakers host the Phoenix Suns in Game 2 of the Western Conference finals. The Lakers dominated Game 1 and they absolutely dominated every facet of the game and killed the Suns in the paint. The Suns have to come out as a different team that played in Game 1 or they will be heading back to the Valley of the Sun in a 2-0 series hole.

The Lakers killed the Suns in Game 1 on Monday night 128-107.

This season the Lakers were 34-7 at home and 34-46-2 ATS and the Suns were 22-19 on the road and 47-34-1 ATS.

The Lakers have yet to lose at home this post-season.

Andrew Bynum and Pau Gasol only combined for 8 rebounds, but Lamar Odom was awesome off the bench not only dropping 19 points, but also grabbing 19 boards.

The Suns were the best 3-point shooting team in the league this season, but in Game 1 they only hit a 3-pt FG% of 22.7% (5/22). They have to drain the long ball to win, as they are definitely not going to win in the paint.

Kobe Bryant was simply unstoppable going for 40 points on 13/23 shooting and he got to the free throw line at will and nailed 11/12 from the charity stripe.

The Suns only had 4 points off the break in Game 1 and they have to get out and run tonight or they will lose. They cannot play the Lakers' style of play with the lack of inside offense they have.

The Suns are not the best defensive team in the league by far, but they allowed the Lakers to shoot 58% in Game 1. Every Lakers' starter shot over 50% from the floor in the game with the exception of Derek Fisher and he only took 3 shots.

The Suns scored 107 points in Game 1 and still lost 21 points so they may want to rethink how they play tonight, as Monday night showed the Lakers have no problem lighting up the scoreboard.

Lamar Odom had 7 offensive boards and 19 total and the Suns have to keep him off the glass tonight. However, they cannot forget about Bynum or Gasol either, as the Suns have to figure out how to stop the Lakers' bigs and still get out on the break to get easy fast break points
