The football season is fast upon us sports bettors and already the touts are gearing up to peddle their wares. Typically a really good sports handicapper will return between 58 - 65 % consistently throughout their career. That being said this is not an easy task as there are always variables that ultimate affect a games outcome. Most professional handicappers understand the variables and look for line value.

Some of the documented handicappers you see on line are really just tout services who make their money selling you picks! They frankly don't care whether or not you make a profit on your bankroll. They just roll the business in the door! Several Sports Touts will sell picks on both sides of the line. This guarantees them at least one of two return visitors.

That being said there are some reputable sports handicappers who do consistently hit the 58-65% consistently. Most professional sports handicappers are very good at one particular sport as they live and breath the handicapping of that particular sport. I don't buy into the philosophy of a tout being great at all sports!
